- To maintain your product, apply with a soft brush Longchamp colorless cream regularly to leather areas. This product can be protected by applying a waterproofing agent, following the recommendations given by the manufacturer.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds except in the case where an exchange item is not available.
Returns
If your product arrives damaged please contact our customer service team to arrange pickup of the damaged item and for a replacement item to be sent.
In the event the item is damaged / defective and cannot be replaced a refund will be processed.
Exchange policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for exchange, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date*.
Please ensure that all items returned are complete (manual, accessories, etc.) in their original condition with their original packaging, and please provide a copy of your invoice. Incomplete, used, damaged or sullied returned items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
