Refunds

Returns
If your product arrives damaged please contact our customer service team to arrange pickup of the damaged item and for a replacement item to be sent.
In the event the item is damaged / defective and cannot be replaced a refund will be processed.
Exchange policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for exchange, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date*.
Please ensure that all items returned are complete (manual, accessories, etc.) in their original condition with their original packaging, and please provide a copy of your invoice.
