Flowers and plants feature heavily in the arabesque pattern on this silk ribbon. Its warm colours recall the South of France. Longchamp enriches its range of soft accessories with the silk twill ribbon. It can be worn around the neck, tied around the wrist, or in the hair or it will elegantly accessorize your bag.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds except in the case where an exchange item is not available.

Returns

If your product arrives damaged please contact our customer service team to arrange pickup of the damaged item and for a replacement item to be sent.
In the event the item is damaged / defective and cannot be replaced a refund will be processed.
 

Exchange policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for exchange, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date*.

Please ensure that all items returned are complete (manual, accessories, etc.) in their original condition with their original packaging, and please provide a copy of your invoice. Incomplete, used, damaged or sullied returned items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.

* Delivery date is the date the item is received at JNE
