You can change all of your personal details by signing into your Longchamp customer account and going to My Account, My details then Contact information or Address book:

You can recover your password in the My Account section by clicking on the forgotten password link. All you'll need to do is enter your contact email and confirm your request: a link to reset your password will be sent to this address.
