What is your returns policy?

If your product arrives damaged please contact our customer service team to arrange pickup of the damaged item and for a replacement item to be sent.
In the event the item is damaged / defective and cannot be replaced a refund will be processed.

How do I return my order?

Is it possible to exchange an online order?

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for exchange (full-priced items only), in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date*.

Please ensure that all items returned are complete (manual, accessories, etc.) in their original condition with their original packaging, and please provide a copy of your invoice. Incomplete, used, damaged or sullied returned items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
*Delivery date is the date the item is received at JNE

How will I be refunded after I've returned my order?

Upon assessment and confirmation, the full retail value will be refunded no later than fourteen (14) working days, excluding any shipping fees to the payment method used for the initial transaction.
