Longchamp Indonesia offers complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within Indonesia. International shipping is not available; for deliveries outside Indonesia, please visit www.longchamp.com.

Order processing
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be prepared. Orders are not packed on weekends or national holidays. The delivery times below apply from the moment your shipment is booked with JNE. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your JNE tracking number.

Delivery options

Jakarta - JNE Next Day (YES), complimentary
- Delivery the day after your shipment is booked, by 11.59pm local time.
- Includes Sundays and national holidays.

Outside Jakarta - JNE Regular (REG), complimentary
- Delivery to all areas of Indonesia.
- Estimated delivery in 1-7 working days after your shipment is booked, depending on destination.
- No delivery on Sundays.

Boutique collection - complimentary
- Collect your order from a Longchamp boutique, selected at checkout.

Your parcel can be tracked on the JNE website using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
