Which delivery methods are available?
When placing your order, you'll be able to choose from three different delivery methods:
- Home Delivery: All orders are shipped with JNE.
- Pick up in-store: Longchamp also offers the option of collecting your online order free of charge from the Longchamp store of your choice. When making your purchase, select Pickup in Store and choose the store where you'd like it to be delivered. We'll send you an email once your order is ready for collection.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery
- Orders are shipped from Jakarta, allow 1-2 days for processing.
- Shipping to Jakarta: 1-2 working days.
- Shipping outside Jakarta: 1-6 working days.
Store Pickup
- Plaza Indonesia: ready within 1-2 days.
- Plaza Senayan: ready within 1-2 days.
- Pondok Indah Mall 2: ready within 1-2 days
- Tunjungan Plaza Mall 4: ready within 2-4 days.
