KEEPING YOUR BAG LOOKING BEAUTIFUL

You have an item produced with care by the passionate artisans in our workshops. Here are the precautions you should take to ensure the longevity of your bag.

A NEW LEASE OF LIFE - MAKING TIME AN ALLY

Longchamp believes in repairing beautiful pieces; giving them a new lease of life is a point of pride. The Maison considers itself responsible for its products, even after they have left the store. To that end, a repair service is available to customers to take care of items that have been used or accidentally damaged. Restoring them not only means satisfying customers, but helping to protect the environment as well.

LEATHER

- Use a soft clean cloth dampened with fresh water, then wipe the bag with a dry cloth and leave to dry for 24 to 48 hours, handles down.

- Apply the colourless wax or cream to a cloth and massage the leather using small circular movements. Leave to dry for 2 - 8 hours and buff the leather with a chamois leather or a cotton cloth to restore its shine.

- Protect your bag from prolonged exposure to strong light, intense heat and humidity. When not in use, keep it in the original storage bag, packed with tissue paper.

NYLON CANVAS

For your Nylon canvas bags,

- Use a soft clean cloth dampened with fresh water, then carefully rinse the canvas with warm water right away.

- Use a soft cloth to blot the bag and leave it to dry with the handles down.
