Longchamp Celebrates the Launch of its Summer 2025 Collection "Live Green!" with an Exclusive Evening at the Pavillon Gabriel

Longchamp transformed the Pavillon Gabriel into a haven of nature and creativity for a one-of-a-kind dinner, marking the launch of its Summer 2025 collection, Live Green!.
Under the artistic direction of Sophie Delafontaine, this event brought together iconic figures from the worlds of cinema, fashion, and the arts for an immersive experience blending gastronomy, music, and scenography.
The evening began with a culinary exploration led by two exceptional talents: three-Michelin-starred chef Alain Passard and Nina Métayer, crowned the world’s best pastry chef in 2024. Their collaboration resulted in a unique menu showcasing fresh ingredients and natural flavors, perfectly aligned with the spirit of the collection.
Around a festive table, guests were transported into a sensory universe where every detail evoked the beauty and abundance of nature and the vegetable garden.
Among the evening’s distinguished guests, many celebrities illuminated the event with their presence, including actresses Juliette Binoche, Anaïs Demoustier, Louise Bourgoin, Joséphine Japy, Alice Isaaz, as well as actors François Civil and Pio Marmaï.
The scenography, conceived as an ode to nature, immersed guests in a setting reminiscent of a lush vegetable garden. Vibrant colors, organic structures, and striking lighting effects created a poetic and immersive atmosphere.
A mesmerizing musical performance by composer Thomas Roussel and his musicians set the rhythm of the evening. Their interpretation, blending acoustic melodies with modern arrangements, added an emotional dimension to an event already rich in sensations.
Through this remarkable evening, Longchamp once again demonstrated its unparalleled expertise in creating unique experiences that seamlessly blend lifestyle and elegance.
A Surprise from the Chef! Inspired by the world of Longchamp, Alain Passard unveiled an exclusive recipe during the dinner. To extend the culinary delight beyond the event, his Vegetable Tourte in a Flaky Pastry Crust, a Reflection of the Garden is now available online.
