Online reservations are not available, but you can contact your nearest store by phone to reserve the item you're interested in.

I'd like to have an item authenticated
Only a purchase made on our official Longchamp.com website, in a Longchamp Store, or from an authorized distributor (concession in a department store or retailer) can guarantee the authenticity of an item.
An original invoice is issued at the time of purchase, whether made online or in one of our Stores.
We can neither guarantee nor verify the authenticity of an item bought outside of an official point of sale.
I'd like to get an invoice duplicate
Longchamp can issue you an invoice duplicate for your purchase, whether recent or older.
We invite you to contact the Store or retailer where the purchase was made - you can find all the contact details for our points of sale here.
For online orders you can download another copy of your invoice from your order confirmation email.
