To guarantee their longevity, we recommend that you follow a few simple rules: • protect the product from heavy rain; • avoid all contact with oily products, products containing solvents or alcohol (perfume for example); • avoid prolonged exposure to bright light; • for dark-colored items, avoid prolonged contact with light-colored fabrics, especially in a humid environment; • for light-colored items, avoid friction with other materials or prints whose colors may rub off (jeans for example); • be careful not to scratch or rub the product against abrasive surfaces; • after use, we recommend storing your bag in a case, away from light, humidity and heat.
    • To maintain your product, apply with a soft brush Longchamp colorless cream regularly to leather areas. To remove dirt, clean the whole lining using a cloth or a soft brush, with water and neutral soap (avoid water spilling over leather parts when cleaning).

    Refunds

    We do not offer refunds except in the case where an exchange item is not available.


    Returns

    If your product arrives damaged please contact our customer service team to arrange pickup of the damaged item and for a replacement item to be sent.
    In the event the item is damaged / defective and cannot be replaced a refund will be processed.
     

    Exchange policy

    Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for exchange, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date*.

    Please ensure that all items returned are complete (manual, accessories, etc.) in their original condition with their original packaging, and please provide a copy of your invoice. Incomplete, used, damaged or sullied returned items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
