Has my order been confirmed?
If your payment is accepted, you will be automatically redirected to an order confirmation page with an order number.
At the same time, you'll receive an email confirming that your order has been placed and is awaiting preparation. Please check your junk folder if the email is slow to arrive.
We then invite you to sign into your Account and go to My Orders to view your order details and track its status. If you are not redirected to the order confirmation page and you haven't received confirmation via email (we recommend checking your junk folder first), please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact form or dial at WA 0859 4769 900.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on the thank you page that appears once you've placed your order. It can also be found in your order confirmation email, on your Longchamp customer account in My Orders, and on the invoice.
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link located within your order confirmation email.
